Philadelphia’s Magic Gardens. 1020 South Street, Philadelphia, PA
a series of lots and buildings that Isaiah Zagar started building into a public art piece. The space is a mosaic sculpture garden that includes things such as bottles, tiles and pieces of mirror. It is a visual depiction of events during the artist’s lifetime, and the history of Philadelphia. The city is known for appreciating art, and the Magic Gardens is a reflection of it. The Gardens host mosaic workshops, concerts and other events.
